When you submit a quote form on this site: your name, phone / WhatsApp, email (if given), your message and any project details you type (project type, location, size). We automatically add the page you sent it from, the site language and how you arrived (UTM parameters and referring page). We do not collect sensitive or financial data.
Primary purposes: to answer your request, prepare and follow up quotes, schedule site visits and, if you hire us, manage the contract.
Secondary purpose: measuring which pages and channels bring requests so we can improve the site. You can opt out by email; it does not affect how we handle your request.
We do not sell or share your data. We use providers that process it on our behalf and on our instructions:
Some of these servers are outside Mexico. We only transfer data to third parties when a competent authority requires it.
