Fideicomiso for Foreigners

Foreigners cannot directly own property within 50 km of the coast in Mexico. The fideicomiso (bank trust) gives you full ownership rights — buy, sell, renovate, rent, inherit. We coordinate the entire process:

  • SRE (Foreign Affairs) permit
  • Notary coordination
  • Title search & due diligence
  • RFC (tax ID) registration
  • Annual trust renewal management
