We build wine rooms, glass wine walls and home cinemas on Cozumel: insulated envelope, vapour barrier, cooling, racks, acoustics and AV, delivered by one team. Cozumel's high-end market is oceanfront villas on the north and south hotel coasts, dive-oriented homes with boats and resorts; everything arrives by ferry or cargo barge from the mainland.
Insulated glass enclosures for living and dining areas, with UV-safe LED lighting.
Room-in-room acoustics, Dolby Atmos layouts, acoustically transparent screens and tiered seating.
Racks in tropical hardwood, metal or acrylic, bottle capacity planned with you.
The island takes salt and wind from every side and has been hit by strong hurricanes, so metal, windows, paint and garden structures need marine-grade materials and hurricane fixing. Most projects here are villas and penthouses where the cellar or cinema is a selling point, so design and finish quality come first.
Crews and materials cross on the car ferry from Playa del Carmen; we load full trucks, plan stays of several days and keep the most-used materials in stock on site. Tropical humidity is the real enemy: vapour barriers, insulated glass and dew-point control stop condensation and mould behind racks and panels.
Water on the island is hard and supply can be irregular, so cisterns, softeners and filters are standard and fittings must tolerate scale.
Dive and cruise tourism keeps rentals busy all year, so we usually renovate one unit or room at a time.
