We build wine rooms, glass wine walls and home cinemas in Xpu-Há: insulated envelope, vapour barrier, cooling, racks, acoustics and AV, delivered by one team. Xpu-Há is a short strip of beachfront villas and boutique resorts between Puerto Aventuras and Akumal, almost all high-end and directly exposed to the sea.
12–14 °C and 60–70% humidity with split or ducted cellar cooling and a sealed envelope.
Room-in-room acoustics, Dolby Atmos layouts, acoustically transparent screens and tiered seating.
Racks in tropical hardwood, metal or acrylic, bottle capacity planned with you.
Exposure on the beachfront is strong: salt, sun and wind reach terraces, pools and facades every day, which shortens the life of paint, wood and metal without marine-grade specifications. Most projects here are villas and penthouses where the cellar or cinema is a selling point, so design and finish quality come first.
Xpu-Há is about 30 minutes from our workshops; access roads to the beach are narrow, so deliveries are planned with small trucks. Tropical humidity is the real enemy: vapour barriers, insulated glass and dew-point control stop condensation and mould behind racks and panels.
Most villas are luxury rentals with high season in winter, so we work in short windows and leave everything guest-ready.
Many properties depend on wells and cisterns with hard, sometimes brackish water, so filtration and softening are part of most bathroom and maintenance work.
