We design and build gardens in Xpu-Há with native and adapted plants, real topsoil over the limestone, irrigation and lighting, then maintain them if you are away. Exposure on the beachfront is strong: salt, sun and wind reach terraces, pools and facades every day, which shortens the life of paint, wood and metal without marine-grade specifications.
Palms, chit and kuka palms, ziricote, bougainvillea, ferns and grasses chosen for sun, shade and salt exposure.
Drip lines and sprinklers on timers, with filters for hard water and connection to cisterns or treated greywater.
Pruning, fertilising, pest control and hurricane preparation for villas, condos and hotels.
Many properties depend on wells and cisterns with hard, sometimes brackish water, so filtration and softening are part of most bathroom and maintenance work. The plant palette, windbreaks and soil depth are chosen for this exposure, not copied from a catalogue.
Licences come from Solidaridad; the beach is under ZOFEMAT and many lots sit near mangroves and cenotes, so landscaping and exterior works must respect environmental limits. Drip lines, timers and storage are sized to this supply so the garden survives the dry season.
Xpu-Há is about 30 minutes from our workshops; access roads to the beach are narrow, so deliveries are planned with small trucks.
Xpu-Há has beachfront villas, small boutique hotels and a few gated developments between the highway and the sea, mostly high-end homes that need careful finishes and regular upkeep.
Most villas are luxury rentals with high season in winter, so we work in short windows and leave everything guest-ready.
