We install home lifts and residential elevators in Xpu-Há: structural review, shaft or glass enclosure, electrical feed, installation and a maintenance plan, from one contractor. Xpu-Há is a short strip of beachfront villas and boutique resorts between Puerto Aventuras and Akumal, almost all high-end and directly exposed to the sea.
Hydraulic or machine-room-less traction elevators for larger villas and private towers.
Steel and laminated glass shafts that become an architectural feature.
Openings in slabs, structural reinforcement and finishes for adding a lift to a finished villa.
Licences come from Solidaridad; the beach is under ZOFEMAT and many lots sit near mangroves and cenotes, so landscaping and exterior works must respect environmental limits. We work with screw-driven, hydraulic and machine-room-less systems and choose the one that fits the house, the stops and the budget.
Xpu-Há is about 30 minutes from our workshops; access roads to the beach are narrow, so deliveries are planned with small trucks. Shaft, power feed and emergency battery are coordinated with the building permit, and maintenance visits are scheduled from day one.
Exposure on the beachfront is strong: salt, sun and wind reach terraces, pools and facades every day, which shortens the life of paint, wood and metal without marine-grade specifications.
Most villas are luxury rentals with high season in winter, so we work in short windows and leave everything guest-ready.
