In Cancún, beach clubs live inside a tight frame: most of the Hotel Zone beach is fronted by hotels, so new clubs appear on the few public-access lots, inside resorts, and along Playa Mujeres and Costa Mujeres, where the coast is still being developed. Spas follow the same pattern: hotel spas being upgraded to compete with the new resorts, and urban day spas in Puerto Cancún and downtown. We build both, with the permits that the Cancún coast requires.
Beach clubs inside or beside resorts on Kukulcán, with sand-safe foundations and storm-ready furniture.
New day clubs and beach facilities for developments in Playa Mujeres and Costa Mujeres.
Treatment rooms, wet areas and hydrotherapy rebuilt inside operating resorts.
Spas and wellness studios in Puerto Cancún and downtown towers, with ventilation and acoustic separation.
Commercial pools sized for crowds, with filtration rooms protected from salt and flooding.
Finished levels, removable structures and coordination with beach nourishment and erosion works.
Cancún's Hotel Zone has lost and regained sand several times through hurricanes and beach nourishment projects. A beach club here needs finished floor levels set against storm surge, structures that can be partly dismantled before a hurricane, and pools and plant rooms that survive flooding. We design with the erosion history of the specific stretch of beach in mind, not just the current shoreline.
