We build private spas in Cancún: dry saunas, steam rooms, temazcal, cold plunges and home gyms, with the waterproofing and ventilation the climate demands. Cancún concentrates the region's high-end towers and residences: Puerto Cancún, the Hotel Zone, Isla Dorada and lagoon-front houses on Nichupté, where owners add lifts, cinema rooms, spas and boat docks.
Fully waterproofed and vapour-sealed rooms with sloped ceilings, steam generator and aroma dosing.
Chilled plunge pools in concrete or stainless, with filtration and a chiller sized for 30 °C air.
Rubber flooring on a levelled slab, mirrors, air conditioning, audio and equipment layout.
Hotel Zone buildings face open sea on one side and the lagoon on the other, while inland neighbourhoods are hot and humid; salt protection matters on the coast, mould prevention everywhere. Wellness rooms add value to villas and rentals here, so we plan them with the pool, terrace and guest flow.
Aguakan supplies the city, but the water is hard and pressure varies by sector, so softeners, filters and pressure pumps are common upgrades in any bathroom or kitchen job. Vapour barriers, extraction and drainage keep steam inside the spa and out of the rest of the house.
Licences come from Benito Juárez municipality; condo towers require building-administration approval, insurance certificates and set work hours, and Hotel Zone buildings often restrict noisy work to weekdays.
Many Hotel Zone and downtown units are short-term rentals, so we phase work between guests and coordinate lifts and loading bays with building management.
