We install home lifts and residential elevators in Cancún: structural review, shaft or glass enclosure, electrical feed, installation and a maintenance plan, from one contractor. Cancún concentrates the region's high-end towers and residences: Puerto Cancún, the Hotel Zone, Isla Dorada and lagoon-front houses on Nichupté, where owners add lifts, cinema rooms, spas and boat docks.
Steel and laminated glass shafts that become an architectural feature.
Concrete or block shafts, waterproofed pits and lifting beams built to the supplier's drawings.
Openings in slabs, structural reinforcement and finishes for adding a lift to a finished villa.
Licences come from Benito Juárez municipality; condo towers require building-administration approval, insurance certificates and set work hours, and Hotel Zone buildings often restrict noisy work to weekdays. We work with screw-driven, hydraulic and machine-room-less systems and choose the one that fits the house, the stops and the budget.
Cancún is about 50 minutes from our workshops and has the best supply of tile, fittings, plants and materials in the region, which keeps lead times short. Shaft, power feed and emergency battery are coordinated with the building permit, and maintenance visits are scheduled from day one.
Aguakan supplies the city, but the water is hard and pressure varies by sector, so softeners, filters and pressure pumps are common upgrades in any bathroom or kitchen job.
Hotel Zone buildings face open sea on one side and the lagoon on the other, while inland neighbourhoods are hot and humid; salt protection matters on the coast, mould prevention everywhere.
