We build docks, piers and boat lifts in Cancún: bathymetry, ZOFEMAT and environmental permits, piles, hardwood or composite decking and a lift sized to your boat. Cancún concentrates the region's high-end towers and residences: Puerto Cancún, the Hotel Zone, Isla Dorada and lagoon-front houses on Nichupté, where owners add lifts, cinema rooms, spas and boat docks.
Treated hardwood, galvanised steel or concrete piles, with decks in tropical hardwood or composite.
Electric lifts for boats and jet skis, stainless and aluminium for salt water.
Shore power, water, LED step lighting and cleats, all marine grade.
Licences come from Benito Juárez municipality; condo towers require building-administration approval, insurance certificates and set work hours, and Hotel Zone buildings often restrict noisy work to weekdays. Pile type, deck height and length follow the bathymetry and the federal concession, never a standard drawing.
Hotel Zone buildings face open sea on one side and the lagoon on the other, while inland neighbourhoods are hot and humid; salt protection matters on the coast, mould prevention everywhere. Hardware is marine-grade stainless or hot-dip galvanised, and decks are chosen for water, sun and bare feet. On Nichupté lagoon docks sit among mangrove and protected waters, so SEMARNAT environmental review and light-footprint piles are part of every design.
Many Hotel Zone and downtown units are short-term rentals, so we phase work between guests and coordinate lifts and loading bays with building management.
Aguakan supplies the city, but the water is hard and pressure varies by sector, so softeners, filters and pressure pumps are common upgrades in any bathroom or kitchen job.
