We build docks, piers and boat lifts in Puerto Morelos: bathymetry, ZOFEMAT and environmental permits, piles, hardwood or composite decking and a lift sized to your boat. Puerto Morelos mixes low-rise beachfront condos, villas north of the leaning lighthouse and the marina area, on a coast backed by the national reef park.
HDPE or concrete floats with gangways that follow the tide and lagoon levels.
Electric lifts for boats and jet skis, stainless and aluminium for salt water.
Deck boards fixed to release under storm surge, piles designed for wave loads.
Puerto Morelos has been its own municipality since 2016 and issues its own licences; the beach strip is under ZOFEMAT and the reef national park, and gated communities add HOA rules. Pile type, deck height and length follow the bathymetry and the federal concession, never a standard drawing.
Houses by the sea get salt and wind, while the jungle side is humid and shaded, so the same house type needs different paint, metal and garden specifications depending on the side of the highway. Hardware is marine-grade stainless or hot-dip galvanised, and decks are chosen for water, sun and bare feet.
Rental demand is growing but calmer than in Cancún or Tulum, which makes it easier to schedule work in occupied homes.
Puerto Morelos is about 30 minutes from our workshops and close to Cancún suppliers, so materials arrive quickly and crews can return daily.
