We install home lifts and residential elevators in Puerto Morelos: structural review, shaft or glass enclosure, electrical feed, installation and a maintenance plan, from one contractor. Puerto Morelos mixes low-rise beachfront condos, villas north of the leaning lighthouse and the marina area, on a coast backed by the national reef park.
Compact screw-driven or platform lifts that need a shallow pit and little headroom, ideal for existing villas.
Hydraulic or machine-room-less traction elevators for larger villas and private towers.
Maintenance contracts, battery rescue for power cuts and stainless finishes for salt air.
Puerto Morelos has been its own municipality since 2016 and issues its own licences; the beach strip is under ZOFEMAT and the reef national park, and gated communities add HOA rules. We work with screw-driven, hydraulic and machine-room-less systems and choose the one that fits the house, the stops and the budget.
Puerto Morelos is about 30 minutes from our workshops and close to Cancún suppliers, so materials arrive quickly and crews can return daily. Shaft, power feed and emergency battery are coordinated with the building permit, and maintenance visits are scheduled from day one.
Town water reaches most of the coast, but jungle lots often depend on wells and cisterns, so filtration and storage are part of most bathroom and garden projects.
Rental demand is growing but calmer than in Cancún or Tulum, which makes it easier to schedule work in occupied homes.
