Quality Checkpoints

At 6 critical milestones (foundation, structure, roof, rough-in, finishes, final), we conduct a formal video inspection. Nothing proceeds until you approve.

When to Visit (If You Want To)

While visits aren't required, most clients choose to visit at 2 key moments:

• During design phase: Walk the lot, see the neighborhood, finalize floor plans
• Before finishes: Touch tile samples, see paint colors in natural light, verify kitchen layout

Average client visits Mexico 1–2 times during a 12-month build. Some never visit until key handover — and they're equally satisfied.

Communication in Your Language
