The low-rise condos at the entrance are among the cheapest ways into the Hotel Zone; we renovate them fully so they compete with the new towers next door. We renovate apartments in the beach and lagoon towers along Kukulcán Boulevard: from new floors and paint to complete interiors with kitchen, bathrooms, carpentry, A/C and lighting, coordinated with the building administration.
Paint, floors, lighting and fixtures in days, not months.
Custom cabinetry, quartz or stone tops and built-in appliances.
Waterproofed walk-in showers, large-format tile and new plumbing to the riser.
Porcelain, wood-look and stone floors, doors, closets and wall panels.
Inverter A/C, new circuits, lighting scenes and smart controls.
Sealing, impact glass and balcony finishes approved by the building.

A mix of new towers delivered in shell or with developer finishes and 1980s–1990s low-rise condos. Buyers here are often first-time Hotel Zone owners and investors looking for a lower entry price than the beachfront.
Calm bay water and the Bojórquez lagoon mean less wave energy than the south, but salt air and humidity still attack balconies, railings and A/C units.
Every tower has its own regulations: approval of the work plan, set hours for noisy work, booking of the service lift, protection of common areas, deposits and insurance certificates. We prepare that package before starting, so the administration has no reason to stop the job.
Many Hotel Zone towers are 30 to 40 years old and face the sea on one side and the lagoon on the other. We check risers, the electrical feed and balcony concrete before closing walls, and use stainless, marine-grade hardware and sealed frames that do not rust or stain.
New towers apply a fit-out manual with approved drawings, contractor registration and set hours; older condos need administration approval and service-lift booking. Works inside towers need the administration's written approval, registered and insured crews, booked service-lift slots and protection of corridors and lifts.
