Original kitchens on the bay are closed and dated; we open them to the living room and the bay view with new cabinetry, stone tops and modern appliances. We design and build kitchens for Hotel Zone apartments and villas: humidity-resistant custom cabinetry, quartz or natural stone tops, islands, built-in appliances and lighting, installed by our own carpenters.
Layout, materials and appliance plan with 3D views.

Most residential buildings on this stretch date from the 1980s and 1990s: generous units, original kitchens and bathrooms, single glazing and old risers. Many owners are long-time residents or families renting monthly rather than nightly.
The bay has calm water and little surf, but buildings still take salt spray and hurricane winds; concrete balconies and steel railings of this age often show chloride corrosion.
Standard melamine swells near the sea; we use moisture-resistant boards, sealed edges, stainless hinges and ventilation behind appliances so doors stay straight.
In towers we work within the building's hours and plumbing risers; in villas we can move walls, add islands and outdoor kitchens.
Older buildings usually have strict administrations: written work plans, set hours, protection of lobbies and lifts, and checks of the unit below before any plumbing change. In towers, kitchen works need the administration's approval, especially for gas lines, extraction and plumbing changes.
