We install floors and tile in Tulum on levelled, properly bonded bases: porcelain and large format, marble, chukum, microcement, terraces and pool decks. Tulum has condos and villas in Aldea Zamá, La Veleta and Región 15, beach hotels and eco-chic houses with chukum, wood and palapa, many of them rentals that need frequent refreshes and serious maintenance.
Seamless Mayan chukum and microcement floors, walls and showers, sealed for wet areas.
Bathrooms, kitchens and feature walls in ceramic, zellige, mosaic or stone.
Removal of old floors, self-levelling screeds and waterproofing before any finish is laid.
Most of Tulum is jungle: humidity, shade and mould are the main enemies inland, while the hotel zone on the beach adds salt and wind, so finishes must be chosen for each location. Formats and materials are matched to how the property is used, from family homes to high-turnover rentals.
Tulum is about one hour from our workshops; we keep crews on site for full days and source plants and many materials locally to save trips. Adhesives, movement joints and outdoor finishes are chosen for these conditions so floors stay flat and bonded.
Licences come from Tulum municipality, and many projects also need SEMA approval for exterior and landscape works; condo developments add HOA rules and approved work hours.
Tulum is rental-driven, so owners want work done between bookings and finishes that survive heavy guest use.
Many areas still lack reliable municipal supply and use wells, pipes and cisterns, with hard water that scales fittings, so filtration and storage are part of most projects.
