Water on one side means seawall and dock detailing, deep foundations on fill, waterproofing below the water table and marine-grade metalwork everywhere outdoors.
Cabinets that survive coastal humidity
Standard melamine swells near the sea; we use moisture-resistant boards, sealed edges, stainless hinges and ventilation behind appliances so doors stay straight.
Condo or villa
In towers we work within the building's hours and plumbing risers; in villas we can move walls, add islands and outdoor kitchens.
Rules in this sector
The association's architectural review, the municipal licence with DRO and the master plan's marine guidelines for docks and seawalls; crews and trucks are scheduled with security. In towers, kitchen works need the administration's approval, especially for gas lines, extraction and plumbing changes.
