Cancún's dining scene runs on two very different markets: tourist venues in the Hotel Zone, from Punta Cancún's party strip to lagoon-view restaurants, and a fast-growing local premium scene in Puerto Cancún, Malecón Tajamar, Avenida Bonampak and the plazas along Avenida Nichupté. We build both: the high-volume kitchen that serves cruise groups and the chef-led room that wins the city's food critics.
Restaurants, bars and clubs on Kukulcán, with acoustic control and late-night delivery logistics.
Terraces and docks over or beside Nichupté, with structural and environmental constraints handled.
Chef-led restaurants and cafés in mixed-use towers and plazas, built to landlord specifications.
Units on Bonampak, Nichupté and Tulum avenues, where extraction routes and power are the usual limits.
Kitchens for groups and events: larger hoods, cold rooms, dish lines and grease interceptors.
Rooftop bars on hotels and towers, with load checks, waterproofing and wind-rated furniture zones.
Many Cancún restaurants open inside malls and commercial plazas, and each landlord has a technical manual: where extraction can exit, how grease traps connect, working hours and insurance. We read it before the lease is signed and design the kitchen to it, so the landlord approves drawings first time. In Hotel Zone malls, work is often limited to night hours; we plan crews and deliveries around that.
A restaurant in Cancún needs the right land use, a construction licence or notice for the fit-out, Protección Civil approval and its operating and alcohol licences. Venues on the lagoon may also involve environmental and federal-zone permits. We prepare the construction side and coordinate with your gestor so the inspection happens before your opening date, not after.
