We demolish selectively in Chan Chemuyil: interior strip-outs, concrete cutting and total demolitions, with structural review first and legal debris disposal. It falls under Tulum municipality; licences are municipal, and lots near the coast and Xcacel turtle sanctuary have environmental restrictions for exterior works and lighting.
Houses, sheds and commercial buildings demolished in sequence with machinery and crews.
Separation of metal, wood and reusable items; crushed concrete reused as fill where allowed.
Demolition licence, structural review, shoring and neighbour protection.
Chan Chemuyil is about 40 minutes from our workshops and right on Highway 307, so deliveries are simple and costs stay close to the Riviera average. We process these approvals before any hammer starts, so neighbours and administrations have no reason to stop the job.
Chan Chemuyil is a small residential community near Xcacel, with modest family homes, a growing number of rental houses and lots being built by local families and newcomers. Trucks, loading and disposal sites are planned around this access, and debris leaves the site daily.
Supply is municipal but irregular, so most homes have cisterns and rooftop tanks, and new bathrooms are designed for pumps and filters.
The village is a short distance from the sea, so salt is moderate but humidity is high, and mould prevention matters more than marine-grade metal.
Rentals are mostly long-term, which makes it easier to schedule work with the occupants.
