Long-span steel roofs, wedding terraces and pavilions are engineered for these winds, with covered fallback space for rain.

Cancún is the supply hub of the state: steel, glass, MEP equipment and rental plant are a short drive away, but Kukulcán Boulevard traffic and resort access rules decide when trucks can actually reach a site.
