Cancún is the commercial and logistics hub of Quintana Roo, and much of that runs on steel: warehouses and distribution centres along Avenida López Portillo, the road to the airport and the Puerto Morelos corridor, car dealers and showrooms on Bonampak, Kabah and Andrés Quintana Roo, schools, gyms and churches across the supermanzanas, and steel additions on hotels and towers. We engineer, fabricate and erect them for Cancún's hurricane exposure.

Clear-span halls and roofs for community buildings across the supermanzanas.

Cancún sits squarely in the path of Caribbean hurricanes; Gilbert in 1988 and Wilma in 2005 are still the reference for local engineers. Steel buildings here are designed with wind loads from the CFE 2020 manual for the site’s exposure — open coast, lagoon edge or dense urban grid — with connections and anchorage detailed for uplift and cladding fixed to the same standard as the frame.
We fabricate in our workshop and truck steel to Cancún, so quality is controlled before anything reaches site and erection takes days, not weeks. For warehouses on the outskirts we coordinate with your foundations contractor or build them ourselves; for Hotel Zone work we plan crane slots and deliveries around Kukulcán traffic.
