Steel Stairs, Glass Railings, Pergolas and Gates in Cancún

In Cancún, the view is the asset: the Caribbean from a Hotel Zone penthouse, the lagoon from an Isla Dorada terrace, the marina from a Puerto Cancún tower. Railings, stairs and pergolas frame that view every day, and they take the full force of salt air and hurricane wind. We design and make them in marine-grade materials, and we fit them in towers and gated communities with all their rules.

Cancún Metalwork We Make

Glass Railings for Views

Frameless laminated glass on terraces and balconies facing the sea, lagoon and marina.

Stairs for Penthouses & Villas

Floating and spiral stairs for double-height living rooms and rooftop access.

Rooftop Pergolas

Steel and aluminium pergolas and louvres for Cancún rooftops, anchored for hurricanes.

Gates for Gated Communities

Automated gates and pedestrian doors that meet HOA design rules in Lagos del Sol, Cumbres and Isla Dorada.

Tower Retrofits

Railing replacements in condo towers, with façade and HOA approvals and suspended access.

Marine-Grade Materials

316 stainless, marine aluminium and duplex-coated steel for seafront and lagoon exposure.

Towers have rules

Replacing railings in a Cancún condo tower is not just metalwork. The administration approves the design so the facade stays uniform, work is done from inside or with suspended platforms, and new railings must meet height and load requirements that older installations often do not. We prepare the submission, the calculations and the access plan, and replace railings unit by unit.

Salt, wind and the lagoon

On the Hotel Zone’s seaward side, 304 stainless shows rust stains within months; we use 316 and isolate dissimilar metals. On rooftops, pergolas are anchored for uplift and motorised louvres open in storms. In Isla Dorada and the lagoon side, humidity is constant, so drainage in profiles and sealed welds matter as much as the alloy.
