We build padel and tennis courts in Cancún: soil study, reinforced slab levelled to ±3 mm, glass and mesh structure, LED lighting and an optional steel canopy, under one fixed quote. Cancún concentrates the region's high-end towers and residences: Puerto Cancún, the Hotel Zone, Isla Dorada and lagoon-front houses on Nichupté, where owners add lifts, cinema rooms, spas and boat docks.
10 × 20 m courts with 12 mm tempered glass, hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated structure for salt air.
Acrylic hard courts on post-tensioned or reinforced slabs, with nets, fences and windbreak mesh.
Glare-free LED floodlights sized for club play, with timers and dimming to respect neighbours.
Hotel Zone buildings face open sea on one side and the lagoon on the other, while inland neighbourhoods are hot and humid; salt protection matters on the coast, mould prevention everywhere. Orientation, light spill and noise towards neighbours are designed from the start, because most courts here sit next to homes or guest rooms.
Cancún is about 50 minutes from our workshops and has the best supply of tile, fittings, plants and materials in the region, which keeps lead times short. Slab joints, hot-dip galvanised steel and stainless fixings are specified for this exposure so the court stays flat and rust-free.
Aguakan supplies the city, but the water is hard and pressure varies by sector, so softeners, filters and pressure pumps are common upgrades in any bathroom or kitchen job.
Many Hotel Zone and downtown units are short-term rentals, so we phase work between guests and coordinate lifts and loading bays with building management.
