We build padel and tennis courts on Isla Mujeres: soil study, reinforced slab levelled to ±3 mm, glass and mesh structure, LED lighting and an optional steel canopy, under one fixed quote. On Isla Mujeres the premium market is boutique: oceanfront villas on the Caribbean side, homes at Sac Bajo and Laguna Makax with their own boats, and small hotels that compete on amenities.
10 × 20 m courts with 12 mm tempered glass, hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated structure for salt air.
Glare-free LED floodlights sized for club play, with timers and dimming to respect neighbours.
Steel canopies for year-round play, plus changing rooms, bar and seating for hotel and club projects.
The island is small and fully exposed to the sea, so salt reaches everything: steel rusts quickly, paint chalks and hinges seize, which makes stainless fittings and marine enamels the default specification. Orientation, light spill and noise towards neighbours are designed from the start, because most courts here sit next to homes or guest rooms.
Materials and crews cross on the car ferry from Cancún, so we plan full loads, store materials on site and book ferry slots in advance; that crossing is reflected in prices. Slab joints, hot-dip galvanised steel and stainless fixings are specified for this exposure so the court stays flat and rust-free.
Works on the island are licensed by Isla Mujeres municipality, the beachfront falls under ZOFEMAT, and narrow streets and golf-cart traffic mean deliveries and debris removal must be planned with the town.
Tourism is busy most of the year, so in rentals we work room by room and keep noise and dust inside agreed hours.
