We build padel and tennis courts in Chetumal: soil study, reinforced slab levelled to ±3 mm, glass and mesh structure, LED lighting and an optional steel canopy, under one fixed quote. Chetumal is the state capital on the bay: bayfront residences along the boulevard, institutional and commercial buildings, and a growing market for lifts, gyms and bay docks.
Acrylic hard courts on post-tensioned or reinforced slabs, with nets, fences and windbreak mesh.
Laser-levelled slabs with 1% fall, joints planned around the court lines and drainage that clears a tropical storm.
Steel canopies for year-round play, plus changing rooms, bar and seating for hotel and club projects.
Chetumal sits on a bay, so salt is milder than on the open coast, but heat and humidity are high and the city has been hit by hurricanes. Orientation, light spill and noise towards neighbours are designed from the start, because most courts here sit next to homes or guest rooms.
Chetumal is about four hours from our workshops but has good local suppliers, so materials are bought locally and labour costs are lower than in the north. Slab joints, hot-dip galvanised steel and stainless fixings are specified for this exposure so the court stays flat and rust-free.
Licences come from Othón P. Blanco municipality with established procedures; condominium and commercial buildings add their own administration rules.
Most properties are owner-occupied or long-term rentals, so works are scheduled with occupants.
