We install home lifts and residential elevators in Chetumal: structural review, shaft or glass enclosure, electrical feed, installation and a maintenance plan, from one contractor. Chetumal is the state capital on the bay: bayfront residences along the boulevard, institutional and commercial buildings, and a growing market for lifts, gyms and bay docks.
Compact screw-driven or platform lifts that need a shallow pit and little headroom, ideal for existing villas.
Steel and laminated glass shafts that become an architectural feature.
Maintenance contracts, battery rescue for power cuts and stainless finishes for salt air.
Licences come from Othón P. Blanco municipality with established procedures; condominium and commercial buildings add their own administration rules. We work with screw-driven, hydraulic and machine-room-less systems and choose the one that fits the house, the stops and the budget.
Chetumal is about four hours from our workshops but has good local suppliers, so materials are bought locally and labour costs are lower than in the north. Shaft, power feed and emergency battery are coordinated with the building permit, and maintenance visits are scheduled from day one.
Chetumal sits on a bay, so salt is milder than on the open coast, but heat and humidity are high and the city has been hit by hurricanes.
The municipal network covers most of the city, with hard water that makes filters and softeners useful in bathrooms and kitchens.
