We build wine rooms, glass wine walls and home cinemas in Cancún: insulated envelope, vapour barrier, cooling, racks, acoustics and AV, delivered by one team. Cancún concentrates the region's high-end towers and residences: Puerto Cancún, the Hotel Zone, Isla Dorada and lagoon-front houses on Nichupté, where owners add lifts, cinema rooms, spas and boat docks.
Insulated glass enclosures for living and dining areas, with UV-safe LED lighting.
Room-in-room acoustics, Dolby Atmos layouts, acoustically transparent screens and tiered seating.
Family rooms with large displays, hidden speakers and acoustic panels that look like design elements.
Hotel Zone buildings face open sea on one side and the lagoon on the other, while inland neighbourhoods are hot and humid; salt protection matters on the coast, mould prevention everywhere. Most projects here are villas and penthouses where the cellar or cinema is a selling point, so design and finish quality come first.
Cancún is about 50 minutes from our workshops and has the best supply of tile, fittings, plants and materials in the region, which keeps lead times short. Tropical humidity is the real enemy: vapour barriers, insulated glass and dew-point control stop condensation and mould behind racks and panels.
Licences come from Benito Juárez municipality; condo towers require building-administration approval, insurance certificates and set work hours, and Hotel Zone buildings often restrict noisy work to weekdays.
Aguakan supplies the city, but the water is hard and pressure varies by sector, so softeners, filters and pressure pumps are common upgrades in any bathroom or kitchen job.
