We build wine rooms, glass wine walls and home cinemas in Tulum: insulated envelope, vapour barrier, cooling, racks, acoustics and AV, delivered by one team. Tulum's premium build is villas and boutique hotels in Aldea Zamá, Región 15, the beach road and the jungle lots towards Cobá, with wellness design — spas, temazcal, plunge pools — at the centre.
Family rooms with large displays, hidden speakers and acoustic panels that look like design elements.
Racks in tropical hardwood, metal or acrylic, bottle capacity planned with you.
Control from the villa's smart-home system, alarms for cellar temperature and power backup.
Most of Tulum is jungle: humidity, shade and mould are the main enemies inland, while the hotel zone on the beach adds salt and wind, so finishes must be chosen for each location. Most projects here are villas and penthouses where the cellar or cinema is a selling point, so design and finish quality come first.
Tulum is about one hour from our workshops; we keep crews on site for full days and source plants and many materials locally to save trips. Tropical humidity is the real enemy: vapour barriers, insulated glass and dew-point control stop condensation and mould behind racks and panels.
Licences come from Tulum municipality, and many projects also need SEMA approval for exterior and landscape works; condo developments add HOA rules and approved work hours.
Tulum is rental-driven, so owners want work done between bookings and finishes that survive heavy guest use.
