We design and build gardens in Costa Mujeres with native and adapted plants, real topsoil over the limestone, irrigation and lighting, then maintain them if you are away. Exposure here is direct: open sea, trade winds and spray reach the front rows of every building, so metal, paint and outdoor finishes corrode faster than in Cancún city and need marine-grade specifications.
Plans and 3D views with plant palette, paths, lighting and irrigation zones before anything is planted.
Palms, chit and kuka palms, ziricote, bougainvillea, ferns and grasses chosen for sun, shade and salt exposure.
Pruning, fertilising, pest control and hurricane preparation for villas, condos and hotels.
Water comes through the Cancún network with frequent low pressure in new phases, so most homes rely on cisterns, pressure pumps and filters, and gardens need drip irrigation planned around stored water. The plant palette, windbreaks and soil depth are chosen for this exposure, not copied from a catalogue.
Building permits come from Isla Mujeres municipality on the continental side, and almost every development has an HOA with design rules, approved work hours and a requirement to register crews and vehicles at the gate. Drip lines, timers and storage are sized to this supply so the garden survives the dry season.
Costa Mujeres is mostly new: beachfront condos, all-inclusive resorts and gated villa projects north of Cancún, where owners usually want to upgrade developer finishes, add outdoor living and set up a maintenance plan before the first rental season.
Most units are rented short-term, so we schedule work between bookings, protect common areas and finish noisy tasks before guests check in.
The zone is about 90 minutes from our workshops and 30 minutes from Cancún suppliers; we group deliveries and keep crews on site for full days so travel does not eat into the job.
