We design and build gardens in Tulum with native and adapted plants, real topsoil over the limestone, irrigation and lighting, then maintain them if you are away. Most of Tulum is jungle: humidity, shade and mould are the main enemies inland, while the hotel zone on the beach adds salt and wind, so finishes must be chosen for each location.
Palms, chit and kuka palms, ziricote, bougainvillea, ferns and grasses chosen for sun, shade and salt exposure.
Low-voltage LED uplights, path lights and palm lighting, with waterproof connections that survive the rainy season.
Paths, stepping stones, retaining walls, planters, fire pits and pool decks in stone, concrete or wood.
Many areas still lack reliable municipal supply and use wells, pipes and cisterns, with hard water that scales fittings, so filtration and storage are part of most projects. The plant palette, windbreaks and soil depth are chosen for this exposure, not copied from a catalogue.
Licences come from Tulum municipality, and many projects also need SEMA approval for exterior and landscape works; condo developments add HOA rules and approved work hours. Drip lines, timers and storage are sized to this supply so the garden survives the dry season.
Tulum is rental-driven, so owners want work done between bookings and finishes that survive heavy guest use.
Tulum is about one hour from our workshops; we keep crews on site for full days and source plants and many materials locally to save trips.
Tulum has condos and villas in Aldea Zamá, La Veleta and Región 15, beach hotels and eco-chic houses with chukum, wood and palapa, many of them rentals that need frequent refreshes and serious maintenance.
