We design and build gardens in Cancún with native and adapted plants, real topsoil over the limestone, irrigation and lighting, then maintain them if you are away. Hotel Zone buildings face open sea on one side and the lagoon on the other, while inland neighbourhoods are hot and humid; salt protection matters on the coast, mould prevention everywhere.
Plans and 3D views with plant palette, paths, lighting and irrigation zones before anything is planted.
Drip lines and sprinklers on timers, with filters for hard water and connection to cisterns or treated greywater.
Low-voltage LED uplights, path lights and palm lighting, with waterproof connections that survive the rainy season.
Aguakan supplies the city, but the water is hard and pressure varies by sector, so softeners, filters and pressure pumps are common upgrades in any bathroom or kitchen job. The plant palette, windbreaks and soil depth are chosen for this exposure, not copied from a catalogue.
Licences come from Benito Juárez municipality; condo towers require building-administration approval, insurance certificates and set work hours, and Hotel Zone buildings often restrict noisy work to weekdays. Drip lines, timers and storage are sized to this supply so the garden survives the dry season.
Many Hotel Zone and downtown units are short-term rentals, so we phase work between guests and coordinate lifts and loading bays with building management.
Cancún has the largest housing stock in the state: Hotel Zone condos, family houses in Supermanzanas, gated communities in the south and new towers in Puerto Cancún, with constant demand for bathroom remodels, floors, paint and maintenance.
Cancún is about 50 minutes from our workshops and has the best supply of tile, fittings, plants and materials in the region, which keeps lead times short.
