Central Hotel Zone kitchens open to the sea view; we design them as part of the living area with flush cabinetry, stone and integrated appliances. We design and build kitchens for Hotel Zone apartments and villas: humidity-resistant custom cabinetry, quartz or natural stone tops, islands, built-in appliances and lighting, installed by our own carpenters.
Layout, materials and appliance plan with 3D views.
Lacquered MDF, veneer or solid tropical wood with soft-close hardware.
Quartz, granite, marble or sintered stone, templated and installed.
Islands with seating, sinks or cooktops and their connections.
Built-in ovens, cooktops, hoods, wine fridges and dishwashers installed.
Under-cabinet LED, pendants and new circuits to code.

Beachfront condo towers of different generations with large units and penthouses; owners range from residents to investors in monthly and vacation rental, and many units are due for a full interior or a penthouse upgrade.
Open-sea exposure means stronger wind, salt and hurricane loads than on the bay: impact glazing, sealed frames, marine-grade metal and wind-rated terrace designs are standard in our specifications.
Standard melamine swells near the sea; we use moisture-resistant boards, sealed edges, stainless hinges and ventilation behind appliances so doors stay straight.
In towers we work within the building's hours and plumbing risers; in villas we can move walls, add islands and outdoor kitchens.
Beachfront towers require administration approval, insurance and deposits; roof and terrace works also need structural review and, for plunge pools, the building's sign-off. In towers, kitchen works need the administration's approval, especially for gas lines, extraction and plumbing changes.
