Entrance units are mid-sized, so kitchens open to the living room with full-height cabinetry, quartz tops and a peninsula that doubles as the dining table. We design and build kitchens for Hotel Zone apartments and villas: humidity-resistant custom cabinetry, quartz or natural stone tops, islands, built-in appliances and lighting, installed by our own carpenters.

Under-cabinet LED, pendants and new circuits to code.

A mix of new towers delivered in shell or with developer finishes and 1980s–1990s low-rise condos. Buyers here are often first-time Hotel Zone owners and investors looking for a lower entry price than the beachfront.
Calm bay water and the Bojórquez lagoon mean less wave energy than the south, but salt air and humidity still attack balconies, railings and A/C units.
Standard melamine swells near the sea; we use moisture-resistant boards, sealed edges, stainless hinges and ventilation behind appliances so doors stay straight.
In towers we work within the building's hours and plumbing risers; in villas we can move walls, add islands and outdoor kitchens.
New towers apply a fit-out manual with approved drawings, contractor registration and set hours; older condos need administration approval and service-lift booking. In towers, kitchen works need the administration's approval, especially for gas lines, extraction and plumbing changes.
