We design and furnish Hotel Zone condos, penthouses and villas turnkey: interior design, furniture made or sourced for the climate, appliances, lighting, art, linens and kitchenware, delivered ready to live in or rent. Cancún's Hotel Zone is the 22 km sand bar of Kukulcán Boulevard between the Caribbean and Nichupté lagoon: condo towers from the 1980s to today on the beach and the lagoon, penthouses, and lagoon-front houses in Isla Dorada and around the Pok-Ta-Pok golf course, each building with its own administration and rules.
Concept, plans, materials and lighting with 3D views.
Outdoor-rated and indoor furniture, made locally or imported.
Kitchen, laundry and TV set-up, installed and tested.
Art, rugs, curtains and accessories chosen for the space.
Linens, kitchenware, inventory, photos and manual for guests.
Coordinated deliveries through security and the service lift.
Teak, powder-coated aluminium, solution-dyed fabrics and stainless hardware last on Hotel Zone terraces; we avoid finishes that rust or fade in one season.
For investors we design for durability, easy cleaning and photos that sell, and hand the unit to your property manager with a full inventory.
Deliveries are scheduled with each tower's administration and security, with booked service-lift slots, protected corridors and the loading-bay hours on Kukulcán Boulevard.
You get one English-speaking project manager and one WhatsApp group, a weekly photo and video report, a live budget and payments by milestone after each stage is checked; most owners only fly in for handover.
