We build and renovate pools for Hotel Zone houses and penthouses: reinforced concrete shells, infinity edges facing the lagoon or the sea, rooftop plunge pools, efficient equipment, lighting and decks. Cancún's Hotel Zone is the 22 km sand bar of Kukulcán Boulevard between the Caribbean and Nichupté lagoon: condo towers from the 1980s to today on the beach and the lagoon, penthouses, and lagoon-front houses in Isla Dorada and around the Pok-Ta-Pok golf course, each building with its own administration and rules.
Concrete shells, steps, benches and sun shelves.
Vanishing edges facing Nichupté lagoon or the Caribbean.
Structural review, waterproofing and equipment on the roof.
Variable-speed pumps, salt chlorination, heat pumps and automation.
Resurfacing, new tile, leaks repaired and equipment replaced.
Non-slip stone or porcelain decks that stay cool.
The water table in Cancún is shallow and the ground is sand over limestone, so shells are designed against uplift and drained correctly during construction.
Pumps, heaters and fittings are placed in ventilated rooms and specified for coastal air; salt chlorination is set up correctly to avoid corrosion.
New pools need a municipal licence; rooftop pools also need the tower administration and structural calculations, and lagoon-front pools must stay out of the federal zone.
You get one English-speaking project manager and one WhatsApp group, a weekly photo and video report, a live budget and payments by milestone after each stage is checked; most owners only fly in for handover.
