Standard melamine swells near the sea; we use moisture-resistant boards, sealed edges, stainless hinges and ventilation behind appliances so doors stay straight.

In towers we work within the building's hours and plumbing risers; in villas we can move walls, add islands and outdoor kitchens.
Rules in this sector
Tower fit-out manuals plus marina rules for anything near the slips; deliveries and debris use the service entrances only, and noisy work follows the administration's hours. In towers, kitchen works need the administration's approval, especially for gas lines, extraction and plumbing changes.
