Standard melamine swells near the sea; we use moisture-resistant boards, sealed edges, stainless hinges and ventilation behind appliances so doors stay straight.

In towers we work within the building's hours and plumbing risers; in villas we can move walls, add islands and outdoor kitchens.
Rules in this sector
The community's architectural review (setbacks, heights, façades, roofs, colours) comes before the Isla Mujeres municipal licence with DRO; crews and trucks are registered with security, and docks follow the marina's rules. In towers, kitchen works need the administration's approval, especially for gas lines, extraction and plumbing changes.
