Canal villa pools sit close to the water table and the seawall; we design the structure and waterproofing for that and often build the pool deck down to the dock. We build and renovate pools for Puerto Cancún villas and penthouses: reinforced concrete shells, infinity edges, rooftop plunge pools, efficient equipment, lighting and decks, with the community's approval.
Concrete shells, steps, benches and sun shelves.
Vanishing edges facing the golf course or canals.
Structural review, waterproofing and equipment on the roof.
Variable-speed pumps, salt chlorination, heat pumps and automation.
Resurfacing, new tile, leaks repaired and equipment replaced.
Non-slip stone or porcelain decks that stay cool.

Ultra-luxury villas built in the last decade and lots still waiting for construction. Typical projects are new villas from scratch, docks, pools and complete repositioning of the first villas built here.
Water on one side means seawall and dock detailing, deep foundations on fill, waterproofing below the water table and marine-grade metalwork everywhere outdoors.
The water table in Cancún is shallow and the ground is sand over limestone, so shells are designed against uplift and drained correctly during construction.
Pumps, heaters and fittings are placed in ventilated rooms and specified for coastal air; salt chlorination is set up correctly to avoid corrosion.
The association's architectural review, the municipal licence with DRO and the master plan's marine guidelines for docks and seawalls; crews and trucks are scheduled with security. New pools and changes to the exterior need the community's approval and a municipal licence; rooftop pools also need the tower administration and structural calculations.
