Golf villas usually have the pool facing the fairway; we design infinity or flush edges towards the course, with equipment rooms and drainage that respect the course boundary. We build and renovate pools for Puerto Cancún villas and penthouses: reinforced concrete shells, infinity edges, rooftop plunge pools, efficient equipment, lighting and decks, with the community's approval.
Concrete shells, steps, benches and sun shelves.
Vanishing edges facing the golf course or canals.
Structural review, waterproofing and equipment on the roof.
Variable-speed pumps, salt chlorination, heat pumps and automation.
Resurfacing, new tile, leaks repaired and equipment replaced.
Non-slip stone or porcelain decks that stay cool.

New-build villas on golf lots, villas from the first phases that owners now reposition, and golf-view condos. Clients are families relocating from the US, Canada and Mexico City who want a house rather than a tower.
Protected from the sea, so the main issues are sun, rain and irrigation: roof waterproofing, drainage of gardens towards the course, shading of terraces and pool equipment rooms.
The water table in Cancún is shallow and the ground is sand over limestone, so shells are designed against uplift and drained correctly during construction.
Pumps, heaters and fittings are placed in ventilated rooms and specified for coastal air; salt chlorination is set up correctly to avoid corrosion.
New villas and exterior changes go through the master plan's architectural review (setbacks, heights, façades, colours), plus a Benito Juárez licence with DRO; fairway edges cannot be used for storage or access. New pools and changes to the exterior need the community's approval and a municipal licence; rooftop pools also need the tower administration and structural calculations.
