We build private spas in Puerto Aventuras: dry saunas, steam rooms, temazcal, cold plunges and home gyms, with the waterproofing and ventilation the climate demands. Puerto Aventuras is a gated marina community: canal-front homes with private docks, golf-side villas and condos, where boat lifts, seawalls and private spas are everyday requests.
Thermo-treated wood interiors, electric or infrared heaters, glass fronts and dedicated ventilation.
Fully waterproofed and vapour-sealed rooms with sloped ceilings, steam generator and aroma dosing.
Chilled plunge pools in concrete or stainless, with filtration and a chiller sized for 30 °C air.
Marina-front and beachfront units get salt and humidity all year, which is why rusted railings, peeling paint and tired bathrooms are the most common jobs here. Wellness rooms add value to villas and rentals here, so we plan them with the pool, terrace and guest flow.
Water comes through the community network with good coverage, though hardness still calls for softeners and filters in bathrooms and for drip irrigation in gardens. Vapour barriers, extraction and drainage keep steam inside the spa and out of the rest of the house.
Rentals peak in winter and holidays, so we schedule larger works in the low season and between bookings.
Puerto Aventuras is about 25 minutes from our workshops, so materials and crews arrive daily and urgent repairs can be handled the same day.
