Commercial work runs on the opening date
On a commercial project the schedule is the budget: every week past the opening date costs the operator revenue they can quantify precisely. That changes how the job is planned — long-lead items ordered before demolition, trades sequenced to overlap where they safely can, and the landlord or mall administration engaged before the first crew arrives rather than after they are turned away at the loading bay.
What we build
Retail units and plaza fit-outs; offices and corporate space; restaurants and kitchens with their extraction, gas and grease-trap requirements; clinics and consulting rooms; light warehousing; and brand image work inside shopping centres. Also full remodels of premises that stay open, which is half of what we are asked for in Playa del Carmen and Cancun.
Offices: services decide the result, not finishes
Network and electrical capacity sized for real desk density rather than for the drawing; air conditioning calculated with equipment and occupancy load; lighting designed for screens; acoustic separation between meeting rooms and open plan; and exits that satisfy civil protection. An office that looks excellent and sounds terrible gets renovated again within two years.
