Completed work in the Riviera Maya, with the real figures for each project: location, area, duration and scope. Since 2008 we have delivered more than 196 projects across housing, commercial work and renovation.
What follows is not a portfolio of renders. These are six projects we built, with the technical specification you can check against: foundation bearing capacity, column and beam sections, the timbers used, electrical panels and actual site durations.
Luxury Villa in Tulum

A 12 m infinity pool, tzalam and machiche joinery, full home automation, a water treatment plant and solar preparation. Foundations on limestone bedrock at 15 ton/m².

The durations shown are time on site and exclude the permit phase, which in Solidaridad typically runs 6 to 12 weeks, and considerably longer in the municipality of Tulum once an environmental procedure is involved. In our contracts the construction calendar starts with the licence in hand, and payments follow accepted stages rather than dates.
What we document on every build
- A weekly report with dated photographs and progress by line item.
- Sign-off on concealed services before plastering — the point after which everything is closed up.
- Testing: concrete cylinders per pour, and a 72-hour water test on bathrooms and the roof.
- Handover against a signed snag list, with the warranty folder.
