We build private roads, subdivision streets, access roads and yards in Puerto Morelos as one package, from survey and earthworks to pavement, drainage and signage. Puerto Morelos has resorts with long internal roads and car parks, the Ruta de los Cenotes gated communities with private access roads, and new subdivisions between the highway and the village that need complete street infrastructure.
Crossfall, gutters, kerb inlets and infiltration wells, since most of the region has no storm sewer.
Access roads to villas, hotels, ranches and resorts, including long runs through jungle with passing places and turning areas.
Heavy-duty pavements for warehouses, depots, truck manoeuvring areas and loading docks.
Inland the ground is firm limestone with numerous cenotes along the Ruta de los Cenotes, which calls for probing on road alignments; on the coast it is sand and wetland soil that needs thicker, well-drained bases. The pavement design and the base thickness are set for these conditions after the soil study, not copied from another site.
The municipality of Puerto Morelos licenses the works, and mangrove and reef protections restrict anything on the coastal side of the highway; jungle along the Ruta de los Cenotes often needs a land-use change authorisation before clearing. We map these approvals during design so that construction starts with every connection and clearing authorised.
Halfway between Cancún and Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos is easy to supply with hot mix and sascab from both sides, which keeps paving costs close to Cancún levels despite the location factor.
Resorts operate all year, so internal roads and car parks are paved in sections at night or early morning; along the Ruta de los Cenotes the rainy season can make sascab tracks impassable for trucks.
| Road type | Structure | Price (MXN/m²) |

| Asphalt road, heavy traffic | Thicker base + 7–10 cm hot mix | $1,200–$2,000 |
| Concrete road | Base + 15–20 cm hydraulic concrete | $1,100–$1,700 |
