Lots in Playa del Carmen sell when buyers drive in on a finished street with water, sewer and power ready; we build that infrastructure phase by phase. Solidaridad issues the licences; work on or next to Highway 307 and its lateral roads needs SCT or municipal approval, and Playacar, Mayakoba and other gated communities add association rules on hours, materials and finishes.
Duct banks, transformer bases, street lighting and fibre conduits ready for CFE and carriers.
As-built drawings, tests and paperwork for municipal reception and connection agreements.
Potable water mains, house connections, sewer lines and lift stations built to CAPA or Aguakan standards.
Many streets in the older centre flood after tropical downpours because water runs off hard surfaces with nowhere to go; infiltration wells and permeable paving are the standard fix, and gutters must be kept clear of sand. The drainage of every street is designed for these conditions and tested before the pavement goes on.
Our yard is in Playa del Carmen; hot mix comes from plants towards Cancún, about an hour of haul, so laying is planned with the plant to keep the mix at temperature, and sascab quarries are close. Materials and crews are planned around these constraints so each phase is ready when sales need it.
Tourist traffic on Quinta Avenida and Constituyentes means paving in streets near the centre is done early morning or at night, and works in gated communities follow association hours, usually weekdays only.
Playa del Carmen needs access roads and streets for new gated communities on the west side, car parks for plazas and hotels along Highway 307, condo-street resurfacing in Playacar and ongoing repairs after every rainy season.
