A parking lot in Cancún is the first thing guests and customers see; we design and build it with the right pavement per zone, drainage, accessible bays and clear markings. Cancún generates most of the paving work in the state: industrial parks and logistics yards along the airport road and Highway 307, plaza and hotel car parks, new subdivisions in the south-west and constant resurfacing of condo streets and private roads.
Space count, aisles, turning radii, accessible bays, loading zones and pedestrian routes to municipal parking rules.
Grades, kerb inlets, trench drains and infiltration wells sized for tropical downpours.
Conduits and bases for lighting, CCTV, EV chargers and solar canopies built in from day one.
Large parts of the city flood in heavy storms because there is little storm sewer; every parking lot or street needs its own inlets and infiltration wells, and the water table near the lagoon limits how deep those wells can work. Grades, inlets and infiltration are designed for these conditions so storms drain in minutes.
Traffic on main avenues forces night work for connections and resurfacing; the rainy season from June to October is the hardest time for earthworks, and the drier months from December to May are the best paving window. We phase the works around this pattern so the business keeps operating.
Cancún has the shortest haul to hot-mix plants and sascab and crushed-stone quarries in the north of the state, so asphalt arrives hot and material prices are the regional benchmark.
Works are licensed by Benito Juárez; connections to Kukulcán Boulevard, Bonampak or federal Highway 307 need municipal road authority or SCT approval, and new subdivisions are received by the municipality and Aguakan only with test reports and as-built drawings.
