Resorts in Costa Mujeres, Tulum and the coastal corridor compete for staff as hard as for guests. Long commutes and expensive rents drive turnover. Good staff housing, canteens and locker rooms help hotels hire and keep teams. We build them efficiently, close to the property, to last.
Shared rooms, studios and family units with durable, low-maintenance finishes.
Kitchens and dining rooms sized for shift changes.
Changing rooms, showers, uniforms and training rooms.
Shaded bus stops, parking and bicycle storage.
Solar hot water, efficient A/C and water reuse to keep running costs low.
Shade, sports courts and green areas that make staff housing liveable.
Staff housing must cost little to build and less to run. We use repetitive modules, steel or concrete frames suited to the site, durable finishes and solar hot water, and plan maintenance access from the start. Where land allows, we phase blocks so the first residents move in while the rest is built.
