Concrete Pavements, Stamped Concrete and Pavers

Where trucks turn, water sits or the look matters, concrete and pavers outperform asphalt. We build hydraulic concrete roads and yards, stamped and brushed concrete driveways, interlocking paver streets and plazas, and permeable paving that lets rain soak into the ground, on bases designed for the load and joints placed where the slab wants to crack.

2026 prices: hydraulic concrete pavement 15 cm (MR 4.5) on base $950–$1,400 MXN/m²; 20 cm heavy-duty $1,200–$1,700 MXN/m²; stamped or exposed-aggregate concrete $850–$1,450 MXN/m²; interlocking concrete pavers on sand and base $700–$1,250 MXN/m²; permeable pavers or pervious concrete $900–$1,600 MXN/m².

What We Pave

Hydraulic Concrete

Concrete roads, yards and loading areas with doweled joints, curing compound and saw-cut control joints.

Stamped & Decorative Concrete

Stamped, brushed, exposed-aggregate and coloured finishes for driveways, plazas and pool decks.

Interlocking Pavers

Concrete and stone pavers on a compacted base and bedding sand, easy to lift and relay for services.

Permeable Paving

Pervious concrete and permeable pavers that meet absorption requirements and reduce flooding.

Hotel Grounds & Promenades

Pedestrian paths, golf-cart routes and promenades with root barriers, lighting and drainage.

Joints & Kerbs

Expansion and control joints, sealed and laid out by design, plus kerbs and edge restraints.

Concrete, pavers or asphalt?

  • Hydraulic concrete: highest cost, longest life, best for heavy trucks, bus stops, turning areas, slopes and places where water ponds.
  • Stamped or decorative concrete: monolithic and elegant for driveways, entrances and terraces; needs proper joints and a UV-stable sealer.
  • Pavers: flexible, repairable and permeable through the joints; ideal for condo streets, plazas and areas where pipes may need access.
  • Asphalt: cheapest per m² for long roads and large car parks, but sensitive to heat and standing water.

Permeable paving and absorption rules

Many municipal plans in the region, notably in Tulum, require a minimum soil absorption area on every lot, and hard paving counts against it. Pervious concrete, permeable pavers and grass pavers let rainwater infiltrate the karst instead of flooding the street, and can help a project meet its absorption coefficient without giving up parking or access. We design the base as a water reservoir so the system works even in tropical downpours.

Frequently Asked Questions

In 2026 a 15 cm hydraulic concrete pavement on a compacted base costs about $950–$1,400 MXN/m², and 20 cm for trucks $1,200–$1,700 MXN/m². Stamped concrete runs $850–$1,450 MXN/m² and pavers $700–$1,250 MXN/m².

Concrete shrinks as it cures and moves with heat. We cut control joints at the right spacing and depth within hours of pouring, cure the slab properly and dowel joints where trucks pass, so cracks form where they are planned.

Yes. Pavers carry cars and service trucks on a proper base, let some water through the joints, and can be lifted and relaid when a pipe or cable needs repair, without visible patches.

Yes, when the base is designed as storage and the soil below can absorb water, which is usually the case on karst. It must be kept clean of sand and leaves to stay permeable.
